Founder of the Institute ODeF and pioneer of the Action Methods and Humanistic Psychodrama in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, Norbert Apter is, thanks to his background in psychology and psychotherapy as well as his experience within companies (since 1992), a specialist in communication and interpersonal relationships, between individuals, in groups and teams. With a Harvard (M.Ed.) degree, he is a certified train-the-trainer. Since more than 20 years, he facilitates coaching, teambuilding and team mediation and is known for his interventions in international conferences and trainings in more than 20 countries. He is the author of numerous articles in French and English.
His pleasure: teach professionals, leaders, (top) managers and teams to disentangle certain situations, to reenergize their daily practice and maximise teamwork and efficiency.

Director at the ODeF Institute, Annick Milet Wagner is a certified coach and trainer in Action Methods (Moreno). Being accredited in Belbin Interplace®, leader in teamwork organisation, she is the coordinator and trainer for the Belbin® methodology for Switzerland.
With a diploma in Telecommunication engineering, she has spent her last 20 years developing her relational skills in different management positions. She trains and coaches managers and their teams to clarify relational issues and introduce constructive solutions. She works in English, German and French. Annick Milet Wagner is a certified Expert of “SVF-ASFC”, the federal diploma for team management.
For Annick, coaching is a mutual engagement based on respect and aiming at accomplishing professional objectives. Her leitmotiv: “Let’s become the best possible version of ourselves!”
After her studies in Pedagogy at the Technical University of Berlin, Germany, Angelika came in Switzerland to develop her career in Human Resources. She is one of the associates of the ODeF Institute and with more than 20 years of experience in multinational companies in Geneva and surroundings, she is working as an HR Consultant on an European level. Motivated by her passion and her interest in human relationships, she is trained and certified in Action Methods and Role Play based on J.L. Moreno methodology as well as in Belbin Interplace®. She uses this specialisation to train HR professionals in relational skills. Angelika has a large knowledge of how multinational companies function, which allows her to offer training modules to companies adjusted to their environment as well as to offer supervision to HR professionals working on a local and/or European level. Her seminars can be conducted in English, French and German.
Laurence Travelletti comes from Canton Wallis. She has a diploma in Political Science from the University of Geneva, and in HR Management by the LSI in London. Since more that 20 years, Laurence is working as HR Manager in the field of Human Resources within multinational companies and financial institutions. Through her experience in HR, she came to the decision to exercise her profession in a different way. Refocusing her activities on the development of individuals and their relational skills, she has become a certified coach and proposes a range of services on demand to companies, to share her experience in periods of growth or reorganisation.
Her key approach is to apprehend in a pragmatic and scalable manner the realities of management and the issues for the individuals within a company. She is currently being trained in the Action Methods and Role Play based on J.L. Moreno methodology and is certified in Belbin Interplace®. She also coaches teams in supervision and works in French and English.
Anne-Sophie Gadoux is Coach and Consultant. She has a diploma in Telecommunication Engineering and occupied positions as Engineer, Project Manager and Manager in the banking, watch, telecom and pharma fields. She is certified in Belbin Interplace® as well.
Invested in the creation of positive and effective corporate and business relationships she is convinced that everyone has a specific contribution to bring. She therefore uses innovative and dynamic methods in her facilitation activities among small and big groups. She coaches managers and teams to reach a more fluid collaboration and more positive experience at work. She works in English and French.
Associate of the Institute ODeF and major backup, Elisabeth Loison Apter is a humanistic therapist since 20 years. She holds a master degree in “Relation and Therapeutic Intervention” from the University of Lisbon and she is trained in the Person-centred approach by Carl Rogers and in Psychodrama by J.L. Moreno.
The last years, she has undergone additional training in the field of PSTD and is certified in the Eye Movement Integration as well as Brain-spotting. After finishing several administrative training courses, Gisèle Zock à Goufan worked in different economic sectors, from public to private and medical. Today, she puts her administrative and logistics skills and experience for the benefit of the ODeF Institute’s trainers. Very well integrated in the Team, she is helpful, committed and available. A meeting, a match. Patient and dedicated are the two words with which she defines herself.
